Daimler Financial Services was voted number 1 in the German ranking “Great Place to Work” and was celebrated accordingly. Full Moon Event made the event happen directly at the Daimler Financial Services premises in Stuttgart and was responsible for the strategic planning as well as the perfect execution of the event. Small side-events also took place in Berlin and Saarbrücken. To enable the company to celebrate with every single employee, FME thought up plenty of diverse ideas: The day before, all the employees were tuned in to the upcoming day through a personal SMS at seven o’ clock on the dot. Not long before, all the lifts in the company’s building had been branded with panorama images such as white sandy beaches surrounded by palm trees. Thematically suitable music emphasised the feel-good atmosphere in the lifts and one could enjoy the relaxing ambience for a moment. The employees were greeted with delicious smoothies in the foyer and the management even took the opportunity to personally distribute sweet Cake Pops to every employee. This unusual working day motivated employees and strengthened the ‘we’ perspective in the company.
